Each training is research-based and provides clear, concise, actionable advice on how to transform your sleep, without the need for pharmaceuticals or fancy tech aids. Each week centres around one of my four primary pillars to getting both good quality and optimal quantity of nighttime rest.
Through each pillar, you are guided, step by step, as to how to implement some of the suggested changes to your routine that week. There will be a Coles Notes / Guided worksheet to go alongside each training – my way of holding your hand through each step and maximizing your chances of a successful outcome: the best, most nourishing sleep of your life. As is my aim with every course or training I deliver, the point is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to change your own life for the better.
Duration: 4 weeks, 1 x 30 minute training / week.
