I came to Naturopathic Medicine hell-bent on helping guide my patients toward their own healing through working on restoring the four most important pillars of health. Frankly, I’m obsessed with re-connecting to Nature (read: Mother Earth, as well as the Nature of our own minds) to heal most – if not all – of our wellness woes. In creating this foundational course series, one course to help you heal and optimize each pillar – SLEEP, DIGEST, MOVE, BREATHE – I have made available and accessible the key things that will get to the root cause of so much ubiquitous dis-ease.
